Develop and Increase Self-Trust

Self-trust is the key to achieving work-life balance, success, and happiness. It leads to independent thinking allowing mental freedom and power; amongst other things these are the basis for creativity and innovation. It allows using our gifts and talents to their full potential and acting based on our own values and beliefs. The interaction with other people becomes more efficient because we are more balanced.

Companies are seeking more and more people with these characteristics. However, often they lack the supportive environment to develop them in their people. The individual can consciously develop self-trust; this accelerates the process and can avoid potential illness and pain (such as burnouts and depression). For it to happen, the individual needs to be aware of the different areas of the psyche that influence self-trust and know how to master them. In order to trust ourselves, we need to know our self.
