Develop and Increase Self-Trust for Students

Self-trust is the key to achieving work-life balance, success, and happiness. It leads to independent thinking allowing mental freedom and power; amongst other things these are the basis for creativity and innovation. It allows using our gifts and talents to their full potential and acting based on our own values and beliefs. The interaction with other people becomes more efficient because we are more balanced.

Young adults are often overwhelmed facing new situations while evolving and growing. Self-trust is vital for identifying opportunities, coping well with new challenges and making the most out of them.

The individual can develop self-trust consciously. This accelerates the process and can help making the right choices for the future and avoid potential stress and anxiety. This can lead to illness and pain (such as burnouts and depression). In order to develop self-trust consciously, the individual needs to be aware of the different areas of the psyche that influence self-trust and know how to master them. In order to trust ourselves, we need to know our self.
